Both Nietzsche and his monk mentor, Schopenhauer, were MGTOWs. Both saw through the deceptions of the female nature. But unfortunately Nietzsche was more Dionysiac/Hedonistic/Epicurean than Schopenhauer. So Nietzsche frequently engaged in sex with prostitutes. And since it was very hard to find proper condoms in the late 19th century, such unsafe sex ultimately got him sick. After the age of 44, Nietzsche lost his health due to syphilis, which he contracted from a filthy whore in Italy. That eventually killed him 10 years later in the asylum. TL;DR MGTOW is not enough. Always rubber up, if you're in for pump and dumps.

For those who like efficient use of language, he's saying that women are as naturally strong with and reliant on deception as men are on strength and reason. He just felt like he needed 200 words of hot air to get it out.
