We abuse our sons and wonder why they grow to become monsters when they've become too strong to abuse.

We, as men, should use our talents and strengths for good. I think that all starts with love and care given us by our parents, and our own minds and hearts. When your father is casted out and bathed in vitriol by your mother, you've lost a potential role model and vital figure. When your mother treats you poorly, you begin to distrust women and a host of other problems. When your mother deliberately attempts to destroy your mind and body by the means aforementioned in the picture, you're left as nothing more than a mentally-obtuse brute. This child, I'm sure, will grow into an incarnation of fear and anger to unleash an unjust wrath upon the earth, then himself.
