Calvary horses, and dogs are legally soldiers, and have always been considered as such.

That stupid tart ran up and assaulted a police officer, the horse, and it would have been no different had it been a human unit walking the beat. Then you can look at animal cruelty which I think is a felony, and fleeing the scene of a crime.

Military and Police dogs or horses, are extremely well trained and actually go to their own academy to earn their "badge" before they are put on duty. Fucking with them is not a joke, and should land your dumb ass in the slammer.
