But yeah I can say the tracon is a delusion at best.

What myself (and other marines) thought we were getting was loyalty. The pussy was a big deal, but it went hand in hand with the idea that "my girl isn't sucking Jody's cock while I'm burning up in this desert.

Gotta weigh the good and the bad.

Is a country that allows you to speak your kind about it, even if its about how bad the country is doing instead of having secret police kick in your door and drag you away for political re-education worth fighting for?

What about one that expressly gives you the right to bear arms to defend yourself, your home, property and against the government itself should it become a tyranny later?

What about a country that let's you freely practice your religion, even if you're in a cultural minority, instead of let's say Syria, where if you aren't part of the majority religion, you risk being burned alive?

.... my point is, ok, theres a lot about the country and the government that is not to like, but what we DO have is most definitely worth fighting for, and I served my time honorably doing so.

There's a theory that the "loyalty gene" died out in women due to these circumstances.
