Dude should have walked out, gone immediately to the bank and cashed out everything. Then go to a casino for a few hours. Don't do anything but corroborate an alibi. Give all the money to a trusted friend for safe keeping. Hire a PI to follow her around for a while to see if she has a bf. If she does, get a paternity test if she is actually pregnant.
