Nah, that seems like a stretch. I did 90 days NoFap just to see what it was like about a year ago. Honestly, most men do it simply to break addictions, for a bodily reset, more energy, or to attract females. I liked my energy level during my NoFap window, but my sleep was shit. Was MGTOW the whole time.

NoFap is not a movement, just an ideology like MGTOW. But unlike MGTOW which is based on the practical application of the Briffault's law in the current legal conditions, NoFap is based on make belief no different from religion. P.S. There is some research where if men orgasm 5 times a week minimum it reduces the risk for prostate cancer by something like 20 percent... I’ll see if I can find a link... but with this info... seems like nofap is high risk...

Nofap is like working out in that it's something people do for any number of reasons, and there's a community that revolves around it that those who use it choose to or not to be involved in. That said, the nofap community is fairly gynocentric, but that doesn't invalidate the utility of the practice of nofap itself

Nofap suits the narrative because it rhymes with the 'carrot and stick' conditioning that men received since ages when dealing with a women. It perpetuates blue pill world.

Since women are direct beneficiary, they would support it.
