Have you tried psychological warfare? Be nice. Keep a low profile. Write their names and phone numbers in bathroom stalls with the message "For a good time, call. . ." Order some "liquid ass" and spray a little in the office or on the clothes of the worst offenders. Maybe a little dog shit left in a location they'll be sure to step in it. Down load their pictures from their social media page and photoshop them into whatever situation would make them the angriest. If you're not familiar with the techniques like these, there are numerous books available that have many great suggestions for dirty tricks to use on people who make your life miserable, but who you aren't in a position to challenge or confront.

I experience this myself as well. Once it dawned on me how pervasive the SJW culture and grapevine was I immediately shut up just smiled and worked. But even that drew suspicion. So now I slightly fib especially around women. Tell people what they expect to hear so they will leave you alone. The problem is that I'm a decent human being unlike a large number of the people I work with. They go out of their way to spread rumors and get people in trouble or even fired. Truly despicable. I'm thinking of switching jobs.

It is really insane how pervasive it is. I have no solutions because what I do isn't the best way. I just say what I think is a better way and aggressively defend it, citing as much data as possible to support my reasoning. I'll be open about any ideas I think are terrible and why. This pisses people off. Decision making is largely done by consensus which generally means I am ignored, inefficient shit process changes are made, eventually repealed, and occasionally I see my ideas implemented months after the failed consensus idea. Corporate america is fucking infuriating

Depends on where you work, but at my work I'm a bitch who keeps his mouth shut. Everyone I work with is an anti Trump Feminist. 80% of management is female. I have to keep things to myself if I want to keep doing what I love to do.

I've got a similar problem, I have no filter on what I say and can be brutally honest with these lefty idiots. The problem is, no matter how right I was, I'd always lose because those in authority would just use their authority to screw me. It's hard to shut up, especially when you see someone doing something stupid that is bound to fail, but eventually you get to the point where you don't care about anything but yourself anymore and you just sit back and quietly watch the shit show.
