To be fair minus the single mother part her ideas would resonate with many. I've always thought about living off the grid and being self sufficient. While I'd like to think I have had more financial successful then majority of the world, I still get the urge to just up and quit and move to the middle of nowhere.

I can identify with the struggle of eating healthy while working 9 to 5. It’s almost as if there was a reason women used to stay at home to cook and take care of the house.
