I doesn't matter who hears it, who reads it, who agrees with it, or even who understands it. When you tell the/a story it is you who becomes more comfortable with it and yourself, but more importantly, more in control of it. This is the most results effective method of denying it of this I've heard of or implemented. This and psilocybin. Both saved my life but the latter's for another post.
