Theyre mocking the idea that women are all the same. But they are. They act the same, have the same preferences and shout the same shit.

To put it in simple terms lets say you said "man why do polar bears actively hunt and kill people". Then someone jokingly mocked saying "not all polar bears". But the truth is yes all polar bears. Exact same with this. Yes all women are like that, dont pretend its a lie.

And indeed they are all like that. The nerdy guy with glasses who is fat and is socially awkward. They will all avoid him and not like him just like in the picture. But then they say "but plenty of those guys have girlfriends/wives". Except in every case the guy is either wealthy (tech job) or the woman is extremely ugly an is getting the best she can manage. In every situation the woman doesnt love the guy, she is seeing the best deal she can get, even if for her its an ugly dude. They are all the same.
