emotion for women is fake, it's litteraly addiction to neuro transmitters. All emotions are a hinderance to logical thought, that's why men don't respect other men constantly talking about their feels.Women see that as a toxic restraining of a natural propension to emote, of course they are wrong and constantly emoting is the one toxic behaviour: it is intellectually lazy to remain at emotion level.

You can’t get rid of emotions. Why would you anyways? These are a part of us and make us human. We should embrace the fact that we can experience joy, sadness, anger, fear, frustration, peace, etc. It is amazing to experience the up and down of emotions when we finally reach a goal.

The problem is when emotions linger for too long and cause unhealthy consequences like not having the will to get out of bed when one is depressed. The key is to acknowledge the emotions, accept that they are there in the moment, stop struggling with the emotion itself, and focus on something more useful like changing thoughts and behaviours.
