Next get together I brought a date hotter and younger than any of the other ladies. Never heard them gossip like that since. I guess many times the ladies/betas don't like you is because you have options. They don't.

I stopped going out to dinner events with all the couples for this exact reason.

90% of the time, as drinks lubricated everyone's dialogue, the conversation turns into "Oh my god why and how are you still single! I am sooooo sorry, we need to find you a girl!"

Then when I tell them, no thanks, I am doing just fine, they all take it personally as an offense to them

Yeah, I'm an uncle and I was with my nephews and some other family at a playground. I was thinking about how if it was just me and the kids I'd probably be treated with suspicion by any other adults, and realized that I need to avoid this situation.

Even if you had a girlfriend you would still be hated by the other spouses, because of your views. Ive lost alot of friends for being non-doormat-ish when hanging out with their girlfriends and their gfs then telling them to stop hanging out with me. If you have a gf and you tell her to get you a drink (lovingly obviously, but dominant) infront of the other couples, then their alarmbells will be ringing, since they dont want their own doormats to get any ideas.
