Find a weekend hobby. Find several. Find a buddy to drink with instead of going out to drink. Rest. Watch tv, it'd be better watching tv as you won't be blowing cash. Go to the gym. It's hard to drink so much if you dedicate yourself to working out.

Find something else to occupy your time. I like to skateboard, play basketball, and I think I'm going to pick up the guitar in the coming months, in addition to the backlog of games I want to finish and weight training.

The world is full of more fun shit to do than blowing your money on getting drunk surrounded by douche bags. Pop in a movie and get your tilt on at the homestead.

I broke it, unfortunately it took me a serious health concern with my esophougus to stop. Alot of people don't know drinking can cause cancer. It can. I used to do the same thing. My advvice. Learn to be ok being ALONE. You're having issues with being lonely and you need to be ok with just chilling and doing your own thing. You may not have something right but I would look into some hobbies. Look up spetsnaz MGTOW on youtube. You'll be pointed in the correct direction imo

Cloister yourself away and read. Lead an inner-life for awhile. Find out what stage you're at and accept it, deal, and work your ass off getting to the next step and the next until you reach acceptance.

Work yes. Exercise yes if that's your thing. Whatever. Just be a better friend to yourself. The unicorn hunt will never cease. I think we all still hold some hope, even microscopic. It's what we do in service of that hope that matters.

Acknowledge it but try to reach a point where it becomes the same kind of daydream you have about winning the lottery.

Ever since I fully took the red pill I was done with bars. I used to go out, drink, meet girls and once in a while get laid. It had its fun times but it stopped being fun the moment I realized awalt. It became pointless and unfulfilling.

There are far better things to spend my money, time and energy on. As for a non chad I had to work at it. Spend lots of time at the gym, spend money on expensive clothes, hold frame at all times talking to them. You know basically all the things TRP teaches men. It works but in the end it's not worth it. The juice is simply not worth the squeeze.

Bartender and former HARDCORE drinker here. I used to be in a bar every night of the week. Whether I was working or just hanging out. Thankfully never got a dui. But I spent tens of thousands, gained weight and it kept me in a depressive state. It almost ruined my life. Start by cutting back to one day a week. Find other things that interest you. Have something to wake up for in the am that you don't want to be hung over for. Gym, jui jitsu, hike, run whatever. You find over time that you aren't even wanting to go out that one day and party. It'll become a special occasion thing. Now, if I'm at a bar, 90% it's because I like thier food. I have a few, eat and go home.

All the attractive girls are at home chilling with Tinder Chads. I went to a few nigtclubs recently, and there was exactly zero really pretty girls. A few fuckable chicks, sure, but not one above 6. None.

Why would they go to bar or club if they can order a dick straight to home without all the pesky betas cockblocking them and without anybody knowing about it? Also, there are no Chads in clubs, either. Like literally, not a single really hot guy in the last 2 clubs I went to.

You are feeling bad because all the rejections week after week are fucking up your mind. Forget the women and go just to enjoy banter with your mates and have a few drinks. If you want to feel better and save money simply ask for a glass of water between each drink you have. You will drink much less, spend much less, feel much better the day after and still feel tipsy enough to relax and enjoy the night.

If you think you're going to be better off after cutting off all your buddies you are very wrong. Friendships are extremely important.

It's a pretty easy habit to break once you finally actually go MGTOW. There's literally no other reason to go to bars other than meeting women. Not sure why you had to delete your friend's numbers though. Just call them up and invite them to drink at your house. It ain't rocket appliances.

I've definitely been caught in that trap a few times. Tbh I just started playing more video games and drinking less. I live right downtown so I always hear all the noise from the bars at night. Last weekend I went for a late walk and after seeing the shit show of wasted guys desperately throwing themselves at drunk unattractive women who are all on ego trips I thought to myself... "Damn I'm glad that's not me anymore."

I looked back ato my bank statements and I really eased I spent $5k US a year on clubs and booze. What a waste of money eyes and not too healthy to boot. I started by staying sober a year and doing outdoor activitiies.

Now I drink a beer or two but mostly just that. I save money..less drama...less risk and I am 100 percent aware of what is going on with my life and finances.

At 34, I had finally found the girl I thought was the one. She was 19, pretty, blonde, and I was her first. The relationship lasted for a year and half; before she finally got bored in the relationship and cheated but that relationship put me over the top. Before her it was just a long line of one night stands, drinking, wasting money. Living that way, chasing girls constantly feels so empty now. I now spend my time on hobbies and making money, and was able to quit drinking to intoxication. I only have a beer with a meal every now and then.

Anyway, where I'm going with this is that I felt like I had my feel of the party life style, and I tried to put some distance between me and all of my blue pill pussy hound friends who were still into that life. One word of advice, be careful when putting distance between you and old friends. If they know any dirt on you, and they are mad at you for ignoring them, that dirt will get out. I had a friend who knew I had a bunch of weed, and he called the police on me after I told him he needed to find a new wing man. I'm still pissed over that.

Being social is important especially when you are young. There are plenty of ways to be social besides going to bars.

I have posted many ways here in the past. Regarding money do a little pre partying take a little flask with you when you're walking to the bar, do some shots at home then get a ride from someone or take public transportation do not drink and drive.

I spent $12 at a bar recently while watching the UFC fights I had 3 shots before I left my place but I walked two and a half blocks to the bar. I met 4 friends and we had a great time.

I don't drink during the week. I refuse invitations to drink during the week. On the weekend I may go out every now and then. Last year I stopped drinking for several months on end. It's not easy to break the habit but don't go to the extreme. When I did go out and have a big night I immediately regret it. Going out with the hope of meeting women is fucking stupid. Don't lie to yourself. You'll just end alone in your bed, disappointed. If you want to meet women there are far better ways than bars, clubs and pubs and other shitholes.
