Taking a common SSRI often prescribed for depression, OCD and anxiety. One of the initial side effects is a lowered sex drive. There are pros and cons to this. Hypothetically, would you guys take a pill that if not completely freed you from your attachment to women at least reduced it by half?

No need to take pills, eat high fat, medium protein, low/no carb food with No seed based items like legumes, wheat, rice, nuts, and also NO processed sugar, NO bitter, sour, pungent, too salty, burning, too hot, and other items, combined with non-starchy parts of plants like fibre rich vegetables, roots, shoots, flowers etc. but no seeds, resulting in a mild tasting, savoury, oleganoius dish, if you eat only that, your lust will be cut straight by half. I take SSRI because I have depression and even thought I follow a healthy lifestyle my brain still works badly. They dint lower my libido, they just retard ejaculation and that is a good thing as it gives me more control. Anyway, I go my own way.

Dependency is never the long-term solution. To take your example further, neither would receiving an annual shot be desirable if it performs the same function.

The twenty-somethings have to deal with an overriding biological vise grip that sub-consciously pushes them to fuck fuck fuck. It's a mind over hard-on game at that point.

Detachment from women will occur naturally as a man ages. Old men actually have to force themselves to stay interested in women once they breach 40+.

Thats not a bad concept but i think a man could do that just by diet. No ginger garlic onion meat etc. Eastern monk diet. Sylvester Graham invented th graham cracker to diminish libido.

Id take a supplement to dimish desire for sex but i wouldnt be comfortable taking a prescription med.
