he runs a lot. I saw a chart where it showed that the more running scenes he has in a movie, the more money the movie makes. So he runs a ton! In 2005, at 43, he ran 100 meters in 14.6 seconds. Might not be super fast, but he was also wearing dress shoes and heavy trousers. So I think he has running and climbing on his side. I also know that he likes to do all or most of his own stunts, so that includes fighting, climbing, sparring, etc...

It's sad but a bit of poetic justice, if you will, to see how a woman who had so much threw it away and is now a caricature of her former self.
