Monk mode is no sex, no masturbation, not thinking about sex or women in arousing way.

It clears mind. And no its not hard if you try. Most people say they will try but for real they dont care and then they say its hard. . Half year ago I could masturbate a few times a day, before mgtow i was thinking non stop about sex, if I saw random women on street I was wondering if I can imagine sex with her, if ive seen 40-50 yo women i was wondering if she is old enough to distgust me or if i would fuck her, if i saw nice women on street i had to masturbate later to her, when i was in the bus i was thinking about sex (2 times a day for 35 minutes) etc. and im monk for 4, maybe 4,5 months now. The less you think about sex the less you want sex, and then you have time and energy to do something else like finding purpose in life.
