Both are Redpill in that they choose to see and accept female nature and sexual strategy. TRP denounces seeking blue pill validation from women, but they still seek out sexual validation in my opinion. Where as MGTOW only seek validation from themselves. The guys in TRP should stop looking for validation through sex, but men will be men and it's much harder to find validation within yourself. If you're spending more money on women than you are on yourself, you're probably doing it wrong. Even if you want sex from women TRP still encourages detachment from these women. If you can't pass on a woman, then essentially you have oneitis and are really blue pill. TRP is mostly full of men still in the anger phase after swallowing the pill. They work to raise their SMV to hate fuck women. MGTOWs, i believe, have moved past the hate stage or have accepted that it is pointless to be mad at women for their biology, and so they go their own way and find their own happiness.

This is why TRP guys tend to work hard on their SMV so they can drop the girls hitting the wall and get a girl in their mid 20s.
TRP guys don't usually put up with a woman's emotions unless they're in a LTR. They know women are hypergamous and they will find emotional support through an orbiter if they really need it. Most women have orbiters at all times ready to fill their needs. I was in this position before taking the red pill. I was basically a woman's boyfriend without the perks of said title. Rest assured that will never happen again.
TRP guys only really fuck young single moms because they put out easy trying to find a provider, if they fuck them at all.
Most TRP guys will probably never have kids, and if they do they know that they should never let a woman compromise their happiness no matter what. This actually turns women on. Women like being treated like children and having boundaries set. It's when you compromise your boundaries that they stop having sex and find you unappealing.
Most TRP guys will probably never get married because they understand this. TRP guys usually back out before women become a time/money/emotion sink because they usually have nothing to offer them but a vagina and validation through that vagina.

Quoting Chris Cornell, "The grass is always greener where the dogs are shitting". TRP is a good subreddit in promoting self actualization and championing the value of men. Where it fails is where the youtube MGTOW community excels. MGTOW is the champion of self valuation. Finding value in yourself and not needing another to prove that value to you is the ultimate goal. You put your happiness in the hands of nobody but yourself. No one can break you and beat you down.

the TRP subreddit isn't really red pill. r/mgtow is in fact the most red pill subreddit on reddit.
