I'll tell you that as you get older, you definitely appreciate it more. And then you'll start to experience something I've yet to put an official name to..

The best thing I've come up with so far would be something like "post thinking it through clarity" or something.

Where even if you're MGTOW, even if you're monk... you still sometimes get the creeping thought of "what if".. you'll meet that one woman, who you weren't even looking for. You'll randomly have one come into your life that has that look.

That perfect aesthetic that you're attracted to. It doesn't even have to be a super hot 10/10 or anything. Just whatever perfect combination has always done it for you. It could be a combination of looks, personality, sense of humor, quirks.. IT could be a certain hair style, a certain size of tits, a certain kind of ass. Whatever it is your brain is telling you that you like.

And for a second, you let yourself slip. You think "what if". And then after that second passes, you realize what the fuck you were just thinking and snap out of it. Then you're like, "did I really just think about that? Was I really just thinking what it would be like to hit that? And did I really just think about what it would be like to be in a relationship with her? Did I really just tell myself she was my kind???"

Then you get a really intense moment of anxiety, followed by a huge sense of relief and weight off of your shoulders in knowing you avoided it.

And I'll tell you, that release... that relief and weight coming off your shoulders, of knowing it was your body and chemicals in your brain, trying to fuck your life up yet again, and you overcoming it? It's better than PNC.
