I do have to admit, even many women I have been speaking with have admitted the "pay gap" is a load of crap.

Feminists overplayed their hand in the last decade, last year I think was the cup spilling over. More and more people aren't buying it.

Can we change the phrase to "Equal Work for Equal Pay" ? There's a subtle difference between the two. "Equal Pay for Equal Work" emphasizes the compensation part. "Equal Work for Equal Pay" stresses the effort/time/productivity side.

Women are actually over compensated relative to productivity. I don't understand why that concept is so hard for the general population to grasp.

No one is entitled to equal pay. Even if we were all the same gender different people have different skill sets and put in various amounts of effort.

I work in sales.

My sales staff are all male.

Even though the shift is 9-5, I don't think that any of them ever stayed 9-5; they usually stay much later, because all of them are hungry for commissions.

I tried hiring a woman once (I know), and she made nothing, so I re-directed her to HR so she can spend 9-5 responding to emails and other BS that she was already doing instead of making outbound calls like she was supposed to do.

Then I made a pure commission based model, and the amount of women that applied to the job after I made that change was zero (surprise surprise)
