Something I’ve realized going through my divorce/raping.

Note....my ex and I have an equal child care arrangement so I can’t speak to the issues when there is a custody fight.

But from a financial standpoint, the law doesn’t favor women per se. It incredibly favors the LOWER EARNER.

Now in most cases, that’s the woman so it de facto favors the women.

My divorce raping will be relatively mild because my wife has a career and makes decent money. That is my advice to you guys....

IF you get married.....don’t......but IF you do, DO NOT let your wife be a stay at home mom or work part time. Make sure she makes as much money as possible during the marriage.

That will not avoid but will absolutely mitigate the eventual divorce raping.
