I'll try to keep this somewhat brief because I could otherwise write a book about the details. Here we go!

The company I work for has hired 9 people in the last 2 months or so. All but 2 are women. To add to it, they're ALL fat (no lie, to the point of morbidly obese), post wall, probably divorced / remarried at least once, short dyke hair, "I'm God's gift to this company because I worked at (where ever) before so I know everything" type attitude. You get the idea.

I work in the IT department. Because we're a small company, I pretty much do anything IT related short of coding / software development. So I handle everything computer equipment related when employees start. From the various newly hired women this month alone, I have received complaints about:

The color of the laptops. Can they get a different color?

The laptops are too heavy. (They weigh 4 pounds).

The laptop charging cords are bulky.

The size / style of the keyboard and mouse. Can they get different ones?

The mouse isn't sensitive enough. ("I have to move it SO much to get it to move!) They didn't bother to adjust the sensitivity in Windows.

The mouse moves TOO much. (see above)

The mouse pads "don't work". I actually had to order a $50 dollar mouse pad for one because she complained to HER manager (who is also a woman) after I said that's the standard issue about her current one.

The carrying bags for the laptops.

The monitors aren't big enough. (They're 22 inch)

The monitors are blurry.

The headsets aren't comfortable. One who originally wanted the "in ear style" complained it wasn't comfortable, changed her mind and wanted the "over the head" style. That caused 2 more to complain too even I showed all 3 BEFORE hand which I had and they all said they hated the "over the head" style.

The desk phone rings too loud. (They never bothered to figure out how to turn down the ringer volume.)

The desk phone doesn't ring loud ENOUGH. (They never bothered to figure out how to turn UP the volume.)

The display screen on the desk phone is blurry.

The fact that the voicemail comes to email as well. One didn't want it coming to her email.

The fact that voicemail DIDN'T come into email as well. Now she wanted it back on a week later.

The chairs aren't comfortable. (They're brand new chairs, and NOT cheap ones.)

They're cold (Office manager had to order FOUR space heaters in the middle of the fucking summer when it's in the 90's here).

Christ, I could go on but I just realized, I DID write a book. Needless to say I told them NO on all of it except the one stupid mouse pad.

Now imagine being MARRIED to that! Guess how many complaints I've received from the 2 guys? ZERO. To be honest, I don't even remember their names, and I haven't seen them since they started!
