When you realise that the settlement is more than likely made up off mostly AMZN stock, then factor in how toppish the entire stock market currently looks, then realize the order book slippage that could occur should either one of them apply game theory to the underlying 'prisoner's dilemma' that now exist in that stock. 1st mover advantage would be everything. The drinking of the others milkshake could be epic & equate to a USD split that is anything but 50/50. I'd say Pareto distribution might have something to say about all this. I'd be feeling pretty nervous hodling AMZN about now.
