In the United States, our economic system does not value women’s work contributions as much as men’s.

We believe that women can only achieve equality when they are accepted as men’s economic equals.

Women currently are not accepted as men’s economic equals: they receive fewer benefits, there are fewer women in professional roles of power, and their domestic labor is not viewed as legitimate or valued monetarily.

In order to achieve these goals, we demand an economic system that provides equal pay for equal work, benefits, and respect among all people.

By all people, we mean people of all genders, races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and geographic locations.

We demand paid parental leave to all people recognizing that they have lives outside of work – the work/life balance must be improved and compensated fairly.

We demand a standardized tax system that is proportional to the cost of living in specific locations.
