"Back home for spring break this week and hit up some beach bars with a friend from school and his mutual friend. I notice two parents walk into the bar with their son and daughter, with the mom and the daughter both HB8s. They seemed like lively people who knew how to have a fun time. I sat and watched in between debauchery with my friends how people would come up to the family and try to creepily get near the daughter and attempt to hit on her, with the father even blatantly telling one of the people that she is not interested and he needs to leave.

I told myself fuck it after realizing I was spending too much time staring at their table when I could have been engaging. I got up from my table, walked up to the father, and introduced myself. Unlike the other people, I looked him in the eye and told him that his daughter is beautiful and I'd be regretting it the next morning if I didn't come by and introduce myself. One thing leads to another and we end up having a lot in common, and the daughter goes to school in the same major city as me. I was extremely respectful to the parents, and was able to build great rapport with the brother and father, neither of whom were opposing my blatant interest in their baby girl of the family. We ordered multiple drinks, joked around, and had casual conversation for the better part of 30 minutes. By the end of the night, I jokingly asked the father for his blessing to go on a date with his daughter back in the city and he laughed and said he'd be mad at her if she refused. I exchanged numbers with both the father and the daughter, and got incredibly enthusiastic responses from both of them for our date next week.

Lessons learned:

  • Being direct is one of the core pillars of being a true man. You can not command respect if you have a hidden agenda or unspoken agreements with the world

  • SMV is everything. Without it, you are worthless

  • Lift, lift, lift. Never stop improving

I am happy for this guy's self-improvement and possible confidence, but this sounds fishy as fuck doesn't it?

  • Girl's parents have seen some assholes try to pick her up;

  • Guy approaches the dad out of the blue, who is probably already on the aggro mode;

I might just be overanalyzing this, but what is wrong with this post? With TRP?

I'm no writing expert but most posts there look like what a teenager's power fantasy would sound like, word by word.

Obs.: Just dropped there to enlighten myself again as to what sort of guys girls are riding and why I should avoid said girls like they're electrical flames. Ended up just LOL'ing hard.
