It's a heroic thing but it's not unique it happens time and time again. I don't know whether it's rational. I think the priority would be that you would help people who appear to need help. Children obviously need help. But helping women is not necessary. Women don't need help just because they are women. It's more important to identify the people who need help. That's important and that's what people tend to do.
