A long time ago a guy asked something similar. So this is more or less what I told him. The law is on her side. Unless you plan to kill or paralyze her, she can fuck you up royally. She can actually make your life Hell.

The best thing you can do is simply not text her at all... ever. If she texts you, don't reply. If she calls you, don't answer. Nothing fucks with a girls emotions more than simply not responding to them.
