So I'm noticing more and more posters on here that are attempting to chastise the members of this community in some way or another. I suppose that as MGTOW becomes more popular we will see these types of people showing up trying to shame this community for whatever perceived slight or bullshit excuse they come up with.

One of the most common complaints I'm seeing is that MGTOW is nothing more than a bitter bunch of woman haters. I place these posters in one of two categories:

1) Manginas who heard of this place and became interested in the basic ideas of MGTOW but are at a stage where they are not yet able to wrap their heads around what it means to truly be MGTOW, or 2) your run of the mill bullshitter troll looking for attention.

This myth of MGTOW being haters needs to go away. We don't hate women, we are simply indifferent towards them, understand the ugly side of their nature, and call out their bullshit and the failures of society that enable their bullshit behavior as we see it. This may seem too cynical for some, and for that, I humbly say, fuck off, we don't care about your concerns that this place isn't as hunky dory as you would like. If you can't handle candid conversation and criticism, gtfo, this sub is not for you.

Also, I'm noticing a few idiots mentioning that we need to focus less on women and relationships, and talk more about... I don't even know. Hobbies, jobs, what we ate for supper... etc. If you want to talk about hobbies, there are subreddits for that. Want to talk about jobs? There's subs for that. You get the point. I can't even believe this needs to be explained to people, but I guess some people are truly that dumb - this is a sub created for men to share ideas and stories on how they decided to go it alone and drop relationships from their lives. Durrr, do ya THINK there's going to be posts about shitty relationships with shitty women, reasons to not be with women, etc? Again, it almost is embarassing that this needs to be spelled out for some people.

And yes, you will see posts filled with regret, resentment, and bitterness. Anger is a part of the grieving process and the process of change. So obviously, as new people join this community, you will see stories of bad relationships, psychotic bitches, etc, filled with resentment. It provides a good outlet for men to vent anger, while also educating other men with horror stories of relationships with women gone wrong, which in turn reinforces their decision to try the MGTOW route. You have the audacity to come into a community of men who have been burned by past relationships, and asking them to refrain from sharing their stories and knowledge and stories on that subject, in a sub designed specifically for that very purpose. Think about that for a minute, then pack your bags and go back to r/feminism or r/thebluepill or whatever shit hole you crawled out of.

tldr: don't like what you see on mgtow? Then gtfo, nobody is forcing you to read this sub, and nobody here cares if you leave.
