People tend to take the red-pill analogy from the Matrix a little too literally, as if once someone swallows the mystical and powerful red pill and opens their eyes they will be forever changed and there is no return. It's true shit is eye opening, shocking, depressing etc. but we are in constant danger of backsliding.

It takes nothing to revert back to the blue pill. We are biologically wired to placate to and desire the presence, touch, and approval of women in the face of the strongest logic. This shit is forever. Every time I have a positive experience with a woman everything in my brain and body wants to think that perhaps I am too harsh on them - I am filled with doubts about my cynicism, that maybe things are not as bad as they really are. Eventually I am always proven wrong either through observation or personal experience. I won't say unicorns don't exist. I've just never met one.

Fighting this requires a continuous conscious battle using all the red and black pilled knowledge one has acquired on a daily basis. As many mgtow like to remark, many of us are just one blowjob away from returning to the plantation. I suppose the good news is you can always leave again, but our days on this earth are limited.
