Let's just get this straight so we all know what an alpha and beta really is. People seem to toss these words around and everyone has a different opinion what they are. Let's get a formal definition (i got this from alex on life i recommend watching his channel).

The typical idea that is tossed around here is that the alpha male is very succesful with women and raging with confidence. The beta male however is filled with insecurity and is not succesful with women. These definitions are usually derived from blue pill society in order to make you feel bad about yourself for not getting women. However this is not what alpha and beta usually are it's actually almost the opposite. Let me explain.

Alpha cannot fake confidence and must be sincere all the time. Everything an alpha does he does for a reason and with emotion. He is not a follower. The alpha male does not feel good about himself. He is usually drowning in his own insecurity and because of this tries to do whatever it takes to be confident. This insecurity stems from his strong desire for female validation and to please women. Because of this he tries to learn, build, explore, and improve as much as possible so that he will be desirable. This is a good healthy male but in our society is considered a loser. Asian men are good examples of alpha males( I'm not asian). They often lack confidence but have lots of passions and try to be good at everything they do ( obviously not all asian males but usually American asians).

The type b male is quite the opposite. The beta male lacks insecurity and sincerity and often times feels quite good about himself and usually just follows the herd. Doesn't think for himself. Although they may be very succesful with women they usually just use him for utility. An example of a beta male is usually a politician. They lack integrity. Manipulate. And lie for power ( not trump he is type a or a sociopath not sure).

The beta male usually spends a lot of time relaxing going to the bar watching football fitting into social networks. The type a constantly thinking about interesting shit and trying to improve himself and isn't necessarily that social.

So I have been reading a lot posts here and people usually refer to themselve as beta males because their short or fat or somwthing. But i highly doubt it since your on this forum.

Just the fact that you were able to research and think for yourself and come here and strive for an honest answer on women shows that you are mostly like type a. This is because your mind is constantly trying to figure out how to improve your self and how the world works instead of just fitting in like a loser.

Don't call yourself beta!
