There should be no separate system dealing with allegations of sexual assault on college campuses. All such complaints should immediately be referred to the police and the local DA. In fact, it is very common to meet "graduates" with a useless degree, even a doctorate, who by design possess no knowledge valuable to the continuation and improvement of human civilization.

Men are slowly abandoning universities, new institutions will fill the void.

TLDR: there isn't good data on the topic, but up to 50% of men pursued under title 9 may be black. So now suddenly there needs to be due process, cuz identity politics, due process itself has no inherent value of course.

my take: I actually don't think this is because black men are super rapists. Probably, the overwhelming majority of sex is consensual. So, say that 1 out of every 10000 incidents of sex is actual rape. And that women decide after the fact that sex was rape (or perhaps more realistically that they felt violated, which they then might build up into their heads into a rape) even though they gave consent at the time at a rate of 1/1000. That would be 10 to 1 fake rapes to real rapes (idk if this is a realistic estimate) - then it's a question of how often women pursue prosecution, and I think what the limited statistics available in this case suggest, but do not prove, is that shame, embarrassment, is possibly a bigger/the biggest factor in a woman's decision making process to pursue a conviction rather than, say the violence or magnitude of the act itself.

Why is this stupid bitch mixing in race? It's horrible because a poor black guy was accused by a white woman, as if it wouldn't be so bad if just a white guy's life was ruined.

At any rate, we're going to see more of this - cosmetic changes so women can continue to soak resources from men. Of course, they won't touch the horrifically gynocentric environment at universities that have caused men to leave in droves.

If you ask a woman why 65% of university students are women, and if this is an imbalance, you'll usually get something along the lines of, "well, women are performing better academically than men these days." When you ask if that's the reason why there are more male managers and CEOs, they lose their shit.

Go your own way, folks. If you have to get a degree for your chosen field, NEVER date on campus. It's even a worse idea than dating a co-worker, because if you get fired at least you can change jobs, while switching schools isn't such a simple proposition.
