I took the advice of some excellent people. Though my post inevitably bought the lurking white knights and simps out of the woodwork.

  1. Recorded the process with my mgtow friend.
  2. Uploaded to youtube as unlisted video and sent the link with an explanation of the process to both hr, her and cc to our immediate boss. A chill dude.
  3. A new work area was set up for her. Near one of the cameras. We deal with 200 year old documents. If you accidentally damage one. Hell to pay. This helped our cause of caution as well.

During the hands on process i asked my mgtow friend to help. While making her do the entire process from scratch. Thankfully we won't have to pull her weight. Not yet anyway. We told her the entire process will be recorded for training purposes.

The bluepiller said the typical simp stuff. Treat her like a human being. Sure. I thought. A human being who is wearing a suicide vest.

As for her.. here are the highlights..

  1. Oh you gonna film me.. should have worn something better under her breath.

  2. Why do I have to wear safety Goggles.. this is not a lab.

  3. This safety wear is so thick.. don't you have something lighter..

At the end of the day even the simp was getting annoyed.

Our standoffish and strict behaviour was interpreted as something else. We were called in by HR and asked about her performance and also to ask why were we being so rigid and how it could have a negative effect on work place "harmony" I told them that we were being strictly professional due to the rigid nature of our work which leaves no room to breathe. And hr was welcome to observe us work and evaluate whether we had time to joke while handling documents which could turn to dust from an errant breeze. In the end hr had a look like it was swallowing it's own shit. They had to agree.
