I work at a mechanical engineering company. And your number of workers even get smaller over the last month. We have some high age average in your company because we cant find many young people who are qualified. Maybe because we dont pay that much, but the working speed is adjust to the payment. Means payment is not great but ok. Working speed is without much preasure. So you think it would be great for young people to start at your company.

Im teamleader of 18 workers and the management want to stock up my department to 30 workers.

That we can build more maschines, facilities, and and and. I dont disagree with the management anymore i save my nerves. Because its like talking to wall. They dont even care about my opinion. Thats fine, as long as i get paid. I will do what they decide, whats best for the company.

They have some temporary work company and head hunter companies which send recruits every weeks. Next weeks i should get some of them. And i should teach them and make them a support for the company. Decide if they would fit in a mechanic or electrican position. Or if they are useful. The theory sounds great. But read.

I got 6 curriculum vitaes to look forward to now whats my next weeks support. Man my cv of over 25 years of physical work and gratuations, looks like shit against these superhumanworker cvs. They all must be superheros. But read further.

There were 4 man and 2 women.

1. man (under 30 years german) didnt show up on monday, he shows up dressed like a gangster rapper at thursday noon. Didnt agree with switching his XXXL size cloth to M/L size company coloured savety cloth. Leave one hour later. Never seen him again.

2. man (under 20 years german) was some good marks gratuated member of a mechanic school. shows up on monday. He told my how good he is and what his plans for the futur are and how many projects he successful finished in the past. I put him at some simple building-group, one plan and many pieces. And he should build it to one building-group. Work for one day, he need 3 days and there were many bugs. Somebody told him how and how to fix these faults/bugs. He was not able to follow the order/ the instructions of some coworker. Then i told him and he went offended. Next day he didnt show up, unexcused.

In my opinion he was the best candidate. Thats really sad.

3. man ( over 40 years muslim) was a former bus driver who has had some 6 week electrical course. I let him practice some easy tasks and the fail. I ask him if he had done some practical electrial work in the past. He tell me how much experience he had. I ask him some simple savety qestions, he failed.

A lair who thinks hes the real deal with his 6 week only theoretical electrical course diploma. So high qualified. He coulnt even uninsolate the wire from some standard cable. The next day he doesnt show up. unexcused.

4. man (30 - 40 years italian) was a fromer pizza baker/ cook/ restaurant owner. bla bla bla bla

Also some 6 weeks theoretical electrical couse diploma.

No brain no knowledge, no technical talent. No plan what hes doing. No knowledge about some subject area but a big mouth. He was a nice man but hes telling me so much bullshit i dont know where to start. The next day he doesnt show up. unexcused.

1. women (under 20 years german)

For the first 3 days she was nice, diligent, motivated, on time, seems like she was willing to learn.

She quick make a connection with some younger coworkers. Thats nice if they would work instead of gossip the hole time. So i decide to move her to some other older wiser coworker. So that the younger cowoker could do his job he doing without any distraction. She had a problem with that because thinks dont going in her wanted way. But i dont care. Then the older coworker told her something she should start doing. abruptly the motivation was gone and she got silly/picky. Then the old man gave her some cleaning work because hes going home at 14 o clock afternoon. She was unwatched so she decides to go home 5 minutes later. Without and excuse or message.

Next day i ask. Why(Where) she was going home unexcused and 3 hours early. She then told me the older coworker was going home and told her she could go home if she wants. I called the old coworker to meet immidiatly to have a threesome talk about that. He told my he doesnt said so he said she should clean the workplace and read some plans or help somebody else. She persist on her story.

I know that old men for over a decade he wont lie to me. Shes a liar.

I ask her why she doesnt tell me. She tell me i m not her boss. Thats true im not her boss im her teamleader. Makes no differece to the point. Then i ask why she doent tell her boss. She then tell me thats ok because the work contract allow it anyway. I went to the office and get a copy of her work contract. Work time from 7a.m to 17p.m, 2 hours of breaking time. Signed with her name. I ask her wheres the position on the contract that allows her to go home early? Then she go really picky and tell me again im not her boss and i just stop asking stupid questions. She also tells me that many coworkers go home that early. I told her that they start to work at 4 a.m so they can go earlier.

She gets really picky and start making a scene in front of some coworkers arround. Like to attract that captain save a hoe to help her. Nobody lies and disrespected me. I dont even care how much drama somebody create.

After some time many people were watching your theater and keep watching/laughting. Then she starts crying and run away.

Im not a angry, mean, ungrateful man. All i want to hear was. "I m sorry"

Then i would say its ok but next time tell me. I guess she had a problem with authority.

Never seen her again.

2. woman (mid 20 years german/turkish) came three days on all three days she was hours to late.

a bitch attitude like i was her homie/beta orbiter. On the frist day she seems nice, good manners, try to make friendships/allies. She tried to take my leaderhip and give commands on her second day of work.

Like give commands to younger "pussyblinded" coworkers. To get her food and coffee while she was playing on her smartphone. Its unbelievable how his woman plays 50% of the work time on her smartphone the other 50% she distract coworkers and gossip. On day three i told her that she should stop playing with her phone the hole time and stop giving commands. Thats my job. She get picky and bitch about how she could do all better than me and how she would rule his department. What, after the third day she wants to take my position. I need over ten years of preactice. She must be high qualified. hahaha Man i break her into pieces only looking grim hat her. Then she went to the former made allies and tell them i offend/harass her and she needs help. bla bla bla

Then she tells the management a lot of lies.

Then i have a meeting with the management about that. And that i scare away your recruits instead of putting effort in them. I was sitting there in the meeting room, eyes open, brain offline, nod sometimes with my head and let them tell me her bullshit. Its my fault. hahaha

If this is the future of the german economy than we germany will fall faster than i expect.
