As someone who deals with statistics almost every work day... That "20%" really bugs me. Reminds me of the great book "How to lie with statistics" by Darrell Huff.

Through college and years after, I barbacked at a busy bar that only had hot female bartenders. We were paid a % tips of what the girls made. Now, I had a $10 hourly and the girls had less as they were servers but routinely, if I walked with $200 after a Friday - the girls (usually 2 closing) walked with at least $300 each. This was all cash for me under the table - $80 hourly (8pm til 4am) plus 20% of what they were tipped.

So I literally grew up making less money than women regularly.

I like to use the U.S. military as an example of this lie. All you have to do in the military is pass a PT test and show up, keep doing that and you get promoted. The only problem is that women have to do less reps of 2/3 of the test for the army, this doing less work for the same pay.

Laugh riot. JFK signed into law for equal pay across the board. The lies continue to be spread, because of the misunderstanding. That women do not want jobs that men will most likely die from. Most lawsuits if any, very small amount after the law was signed were from men. Men were actually being underpaid for their work which is more than any woman would explain about.

Actually, at my old job, I was very occasionally doing the job the women were doing (cashier) while doing my own job which was a full time position's worth of work. Technically my work required a night crew but I managed to pull it off mostly by myself without necessitating one.

They made more than me because they were friends with the head cashier and had "seniority" despite me being better at their job than they were AND being the only one capable of doing MY job in the entire store.

"Wage gap" my ass.

It’s never equal work. That’s the problem. Even if it’s supposed to be the woman will always hav the man do anything physically demanding. So it’s not equal work. I’m talking from experience.

The irony is that there is a wage gap... in favor of women.

Once you actually control all the relevant factors (experience, hours worked, etc.), women actually earn more.

Of course the wage gap is beyond beating a dead horse. The horse isn't just dead, it's decomposed for so long it's just a skeleton.

The NPCs think there's still a wage gap, but the leftists at the top who control all the NPCs know that there isn't a wage gap. But the reason they push this shit constantly is because their end goal is to get communism, where they get to rule the ashes while everyone else lives in poverty, as poor and stupid people are easier to control than middle and wealthy citizens whose IQs are higher than room temperature.

Working as a Mechanical engineer, started from the bottom in a German automotive supplier company with zero experience but good notes, bilingual and also CAD and simulation abilities. Three years of hard work, working with overseas colleagues and stuff has skyrocketed me into into earning the great quantity of $5.5usd/hr (BEFORE TAXES obviously because third world) from a fairly decent (lol) $3.2usd/hr salary that I had when I entered the company.

Well, recently this good looking girl (who is married BTW) manages to get into my engineering department working as a CAD designer, not even knowing a thing of engineering or a second language, starting at $7.3/hr, the moment I knew this I have decided I'm done with this fucking company, as you can deduce my boss is the most cucked person in the world. I mean this wage gap agenda it's starting to get ridiculous even in third world shitholes !
