I have to say in Australia, I see very few thin women with a baby. At my sports club we have had a bit of a baby boom and I think only 2 of the new mothers maintained a healthy weight, the rest ballooned out. I understand that being pregnant you can put on a couple of kgs, but these women were stacking on 20+ kgs. Being pregnant isn't an excuse to sit on your arse and eat shit all day ladies.
