This is a very "unknown" law in brazil, but the woman does need to prove paternity if the man denies it.

but the evidence required does not need to be "rock solid", some articles says if she can prove they had sex/relationship (messages, photos, witnesses) maybe enough. they also accept dna tests duning pregnancy.

so, at least we can say its "safe" if a crazy woman you never saw claim it is your baby.
