I invest in real estate and manage my own rentals on top of having a full time day job. I am almost never at home due to mowing grass and constantly fixing shit that female tenants fuck up. Fun to see all the LandWhale tenants and their miserable lives. One almost decent tenant decided to hit on me today while I was mowing grass by casually mentioning her boyfriend was away for a whole month for military training. I laughed in her face and kept mowing.

I am stacking money and investing as much as I can so I can retire early to become a full time dad and teach my kid the shit my parents never taught me.

I do some coding (web for work, games for fun) and some gardening - 1st tomato is already getting red, maaan, the joy, m m m! Didn't plan on the jungle, I just cut the stalks bare of branches a few times so far and it's... whoah, unexpected.

Go out for a beer or two occasionally (no, not 20, 2). Doginatrix walks in the park.

Other tech things like electronics. Reading books lately. Installing all sorts of stuff just to see what clicking the buttons does. Soon going to the sea for undetermined number of days, weeks, maybe a month or two, will see how the wind blows. Been mentalsturbating getting a used up fishing rod for rookies and try fishing - might use bait after an unsuccessful week without it.

Fishing, involves hiking, usually have the dog with me, work on his training (I just messed with him listening to verbal cues on rock climbing to a good fishing spot). It was funny to have him laying down high up on a rock at dawn at a spot most ppl can't get to. Uh, what else, sometimes I go shopping for fishing tackle.

Looking for a cheap fishing kayak atm for frolicking.

Cutting to loose weight right now. Another 10 lbs or so and I'll bulk up 40 lbs see what I look like then. I've done it before for shits and giggles.

Personally I try to be a jack of all trades. I keep busy building decks, installing air conditioners, change tires, paint.. there's always someone in need that has cash to offer.

In the evenings I drink and watch movies.

I work out at least 4 days a week. Plus I walk for cardio.

Started teaching myself Spanish.

Trying to generate my own income a couple different ways.

Decided to learn photography. Combine that with writing and love of travel and am gonna see if I can get paid to write.

Lots of reading.

I go places by myself because it's either that or don't go. I'm probably more content than a lot of the couples i'm around.

Recently I’ve picked up kayaking and fishing. Also went for a 7 mile hike through a state forest a few days ago. Feels good to get outside more and drop the technology for a while. I’d recommend finding something similar, if you’re into that kind of thing.

I started riding bicycles again after a couple of decades hiatus. Nothing extreme, some gravel grinding, bike paths, easy stuff. Not out to break anything.
