Oilfield Pumper, 65k a year 7 days on 7 days off schedule. Working under the colorado skies, working at my own pace with no one but antelope and cottontails to keep me company. For me, there is no better job. 0 drama, 0 stress.

Armed security guard. Usually around 18-19 an hour to start and you pretty much just loiter around somewhere. If you're lucky you can get an overnight shift and basically no one ever noticed you.

This isn't what I do for work but I used to be a nightwatchman and (money aside) it was my favorite job ever.

Steel worker making between 55k to 80k a year depending on overtime. One of the easiest jobs i have had because it is all crane work. Dangerous if you are not alert at all times though as people don't usually walk away from a serious incident but once you are used to it easy money.

Side note i am canadian so earnings are probably less in the states

Right now I'm in landscaping. Had a lot of problems, so this is my way to climb out of my medical "hole" so to speak. It's not all bad, pay is garbage but the benefits are top-notch. Plus you're outdoors. In addition, it's a big organization so once you get your foot in the door it's far easier to move around and advance.

Power engineer at an acute care hospital. That’s a trade, not a professional engineer. Look after physical plant, HVAC, fixing hospital stuff (beds, night tables, gas handling units, lab equipment, kitchen equipment). Get to talk to staff and patients all day and then go home to peace and quiet and a healthy paycheque with great benefits.

Need to go to college, get a steam ticket and maybe do a year or two in an industrial setting before the hospital will look at you.

I'm an aerospace engineer... but if you want to avoid offices and get out, try park ranger or Bureau of Land Management field positions.
