Not many choices here, all of them bad ones:

1: The person asking is woefully ignorant, hasn't even heard of Google.

2: The person asking is a troll.

Masculinity is putting your needs before the needs of others and doing what you want to do despite what everyone else expects of you. It's being the main character in the story of your own life instead of being a peripheral character in someone else's.

Traditionally it means being a "man's man", strong, ambitious, serious personality etc. but those things can be characteristics of men who are doormats, which isn't a real man in my eyes, so my definition is what's written above.
