In order to understand what makes a man "Chad" you'll have to understand women's logic ( or rather lack of ). In general women are attracted to men based on 3 factors:

  1. Looks - probably the biggest factor. A guy can be an illiterate manure collector. Or an escaped prison inmate. But as long as he has good looks and height women will still hump him without other considerations.
  2. Status - status is also a major factor. Women love showing off, that's pretty much 90% of their existence is about. Thus a man's value according to women can also be measured by their status. Thus 5,1 overweight wanna be rapper who is known in all clubs by his name can still be attractive towards women. It's not about the man, but rather how his status is among the social circle that matters. A woman will not find you attractive if her friends won't
  3. Wealth - when it comes to wealth factor. Women's concept of a wealthy man and truly wealthy man are complete opposite. For women wealth is often external. Which means a guy driving nice car ( uncle's ) and wearing a golden chain ( fake ) is still more attractive than say a millionaire who wears flip flops.
