Part of it is that they're just as lazy in bed as in most other things, this is true.

The other part is that porn has ruined the expectations of sex for them as much as for men. Women watch it, often as much as men do, and they see women in male-dominant positions not doing much of anything, just posing while they get railed. That's obviously because men like the female form and watch to see as much of it as possible. A woman that's into a sexual encounter, she's mostly going to be glomped onto her partner, maximising skin-on-skin contact, and any spectator wouldn't see shit which wouldn't sell in pornography. So women unfortunately think that's what men want and imitate it. Granted this is anecdotal but one of my ONS said as much when I complained that I wasn't getting any response or feedback from her, she thought that's what I wanted. I said if that's what I wanted I could get a fleshlight for much less hassle.
