There are many secret supporters. Married men for the most part know they are in prison, they just don’t want to be reminded of it by us. As I understand it:

If we take the subscriber numbers at face value, that’s at least 155,000-160,000 men who reject the idea of providing for a wife/partner. This means there’ll be an equal number, if not more, women who will never find their Mr. Right. It feels like a knife in the heart to the vocal groups crying oppression.

We also need to take into account those who aren’t online, or are aware there’s a group for this mindset. The growth potential is astounding.

Overall it’s an absolute shitload of people and the overwhelming majority reside in westernised countries, where the feminism idea runs rampant. It’s the very foil against feminism.

Normally a couple hundred people on an Internet forum wouldn’t matter, but it grew into something organised, and shit hits the fan once people get organised.

Because our ideology is extremely threatening to their way of life. Nowadays, the majority of men in society (99%+) exist in a state of perpetual slavery. The real issue is that most of us don't even realize that we are apart of this slave class so we continue to give our lives and well-being to maintaining that very society which hates us and treats us as disposable objects. Alarmingly, most of these men think that they themselves are a privileged class and have it much better than those who oppress them (after-all, that is what they are taught their whole lives by every authority figure in their life, every institution in their life, and even every source of entertainment they have access to such as television, movies, video games, etc.

Where does r/MGTOW come in? Pretty simple, we are making men aware of the truth: their status and role in modern society. And as our message spreads, more and more men become enlightened and simply opt out of society because it is no longer a good deal for us to participate in it.

What you are witnessing is how the master class respond to an ideology which threatens to free slaves from their control... It is no surprise that they react extremely negatively and try so hard to silence us.

Men have been vilified and demonized simply for their anatomy. Anything they do to us, singly or as a culture, they justify as reasonable because we deserve it (facts and truth being irrelevant inconveniences).
