It's too late by then. As the marriage and divorce rape is just one part of it all. Modern women have been exposed due to tinder/social media etc. Even if the laws were changed where men didn't get fucked, what is the point? As all of the things that make women crave attention are still there, and all the benefits of being with a woman fade quickly, so other than kids why???

Kids are the only reason, fixing family courts is a start, but even then, speaking for myself I see women's true nature, and my not playing the game like a blue pilled simp makes me undesirable, which is fine by me. I can't unlearn mgtow, it truly changes you.

The laws will change in Europe when Islam takes over. America will probably collapse financially like Venezuela, and then who knows.

If the laws change, what will force the change will be Men reaching a level of awareness about hypergamy and feminism's toxicity, and technology evolving to allow Men to divest from any relationships with wimminz.

Paradoxically, once Men have reached that level of awareness, laws changing won't make any difference.

Probably not. Nobody wants to be the first one through the door and say that maybe women lie about rape, or maybe males are better parents after all. No, society will collapse if critical mass is reached. At that point,the damage to the social compact, the tax base, and population sustainability will be irrevocable.

While I don't see how, I believe the laws will change. Because laws do change. Normally after the country hits rock bottom.

Remember, Legislators, Politicians, Judges normally have children. Those children are also experiencing this disaster.

Some countries will have total economic collapse. In my opinion, Canada, AU, Sweden, UK and some others will have total economic collapse.

There will be some change in America. I just don’t know when and how.

I expect Roe Vs Wade to be overturned in the USA.

This will bring a flood of screams. But it will open a door to more rational thinking towards women.

Remember most politicians are male. This divorce rape effects them to. And their family.
