As some of you may know. I'm a truck driver. And one of the luxuries this job allows me, is an obscene amount of time to think about things. Being a mgtow is about bettering yourself. Its a path to freedom and self reliance. This pandemic, has brought to my attention, a lot of realizations. Going to the store on Saturdays. The toilet paper is still absent, frozen pizza selection is lacking. And the cheese is not showing up. Then it dawned on me. I bought this stuff in bulk before this dumpster fire started. I'm doing better than most of the john and jane does in the world. And, I have only one person to thank for this mind set. My Dad. He grew up hard. He was beaten a lot by an abusive father. When he was 16 he had both ear drums busted and his nose broken by two deputy sheriffs, when they tried to arrest him for, of all things, Truancy. He worked on the family farm from the time he was seven or eight. And worked In trucking, landscaping, concrete/asphalt and land grading. He made sure I was going to grow up independent. He was always distrustful of government. As I became older. I understood why. The only thing he wanted for his tax money was defense,roads and usda inspectors. He taught me things that could help me through rough times. I sometimes think, I have become more independent than he was. The kung flu has showed me, there are a overabundance of weak people in this world. Daddy government and the communist influencers in it, have created this mess. In a nut shell. I want you younger guys to take note of this situation. Don't be a weak man. Learn to do for yourself. Never underestimate the wisdom of older people. Thank your Fathers.Every story they tell, has useful advice in it. If there's something you don't know how to do to benefit your own self reliance. Dont be afraid to ask. Learn to grow a garden, if its only a tomato plant in a bucket. Your doing better than most. Learn how to use a weapon, in a safe manner and maintain it. And always prepare for times like these. Learn to fix things. If its not this pandemic. It will be the next one that these skills and wisdom will help you threw it. Sorry about the long rant. Had to get that one off my chest.
