Being complex doesn't necessarily mean that's a good thing. Keeping things simple in speech and action conserves energy and can be effective in expediting time-constrained situations. You need to be smart to be a functioning "simple" person.

The only reason most men found it hard to understand women is because of the cognitive dissonance men suffer from when they internalize the false idea that women are wondrous beings that grace men with their presence with the reality that they are complaining, needy, whiny parasitic creatures that men only put up with cos men want sex and/or validation from them.
