When dealing with women, put every interaction that's work related with them in writing as much you can. That way you document their performance and you disable their whole array of backstabbing and blameshifting tactics,

I manage a building and a woman couldnt find a mover so to close the deal and have her move in, i offered to do the move with her for 2 hours for 60$. the point of the story is she had 3 of her girlfriends over to help her, 4 of them altogether couldnt do the job that i did 90% myself and could have taken care of it completely myself if i had too, 4 young relatively fit women could not move the contents of her room. It wasnt furniture like beds or desks, it was a fluffy chair, and a big screen TV, just boxes and shit. 1 man, has more horsepower in doing real labor, than 4 women. and its sad thats its not even close.

I've had a women that was all the women you described combined. And constantly preached feminism and how she was hard done by. My company made half the people redundant recently and guess what, diversity ends when money runs out.

I'm a Developer.

I've worked with Female Developers.

i) They are rarely, if ever, given complex tasks to do. An average task given to a female Developer may involve changing the name of a variable, or the colour of text in a .css file.

ii) When given tasks slightly more complex than i) they will immediately ask one of the male Developers to show her how to do it; he ends up showing her so much of it, that he does the whole task for her. And, the female Developer walks up to the Project Manager's desk to loudly announce in front of everyone that she's completed the task.

iii) Some female Developers don't appear to be given tasks at all, but instead spend all day on social media (something i've witnessed first hand) whilst the males are criticised for even turning up 2 minute slate.

iv) A female Developer can refuse to do her work, and the work that she does will be sloppy and buggy; yet it is impossible to sack that female Developer.

v) Female Developers divine and conquer; they will gossip to turn male Developers against each other, as well as cause infighting between themselves and everyone else.

vi) A female Developer takes no issue with acting unprofessionally in front of everyone; e.g., shouting at your for asking why the code she said she'd deploy yesterday has not yet been deployed (even though she was actually meant to have deployed it a week ago, and it's holding up the deployment of your work).

Ad Infinitum.
