I work for a hospital here as the main IT analyst and I was sent to a class to learn a program called sitecore to help manage the organization web site. There were only 3 guys in the class and. About 20 women. All of the women in the class were completely lost. Didn’t know anything even with the instructor putting everything on the board still could not follow. All of the dudes were squared away and waiting on the women. This truly tells you how women in the STEM field are working out.
