Going MGTOW doesn't mean you don't interact with women. It means you NEVER commit to them, to their agenda. Going MGTOW means doing YOU in every sense. That may or may not include fooling around with women. Depends on the person. But remember, the skimpy outfits those girls wear, they do it to garner attention and to encourage guys to auction for her "assets" and they will not settle unless it's the highest price they can extract from you. That price may include commitment, marriage, spending ammounts of money on her. She makes herself sexy so it can take advantage of the man's weakness to provide. Be careful.

I know exactly where you are coming from. Have to admit I do notice some really attractive young women working in whole foods these days.

Just be careful not to get yourself accused of anything while picking them up/getting their phone numbers etc.

You do not need to lie or manipulate them, but you do not need to tell them your life story right away either. They do not need to know about you not being interested in marrying or children. Just hook up and enjoy it.

I have little relationships from time to time. Once they realize I am serious about living alone, never marrying and no children...... they move on. Usually in 3 to 4 months. I have several nice properties so they start the wanting to move in shit with me right away.

Just one bit of advice. DON'T GET THEM PREGNANT or it is game over for you.
