I understand quite a bit. I used to use a lot of Benzos and the like to manage anxiety.
I do quite well now without them having been off for 6 months. I have had tremendous anxiety and no doctor would dare give me a script for anything.
In a lot of ways though, I realize now that I am the fortunate one for having never been put on anything. I feel down the road it is much better to find natural ways to deal with stress.

I have encountered a lot of women with Xanax issues.
I had my fair share of troubles with it but women are way more likely to be prescribed it.
