This is what cracks me up the most. The bait and switch meaning you need 2 salaries to achieve the equivalent of 1 salary 40 years ago. You are completely misconstruing the point of anything that's been said here in this thread.
No one said women should be "banned" from "working".

Men can't work in an environment where their lives can be ruined on a whim and destroyed in a legal environment that is systemically biased against them.
Men can't survive without work, whereas women can, because we have massive social safety nets and entitlement handouts for women, but not for men. This is to the point that a woman without a job is fine and 100% protected, while unemployment for a man is nearly a death sentence.
Women are being forced into work environments where they are ultimately unhappy and underqualified, due to a media obsession with equality of outcomes, social programming pushing the ideas that women and men have no differences at all, except that women are better at most things, and institutionalized sexism like gender diversity quotas and affirmative action.
From none of this follows that women should be "banned" from work. What follows is that since women are protected at every level of their life experience, men have become unprotected targets to be destroyed on a whim.
For many men like me, this means you also destroy my 3 year old child.
I notice that you failed to answer my question about whether or not I should take precautions and failed to answer the question about whether or not you're a sole-provider male parent.

This is horseshit. The average man is good guy who just wants a few basic things and a decent life, including at work. The "bad" men are exceptions to the rule. Very, very few times in my life have I known men I'd consider that type.
You don't get carte blanche to destroy a whole society's structure and relationship between men and women because of a very small minority of men who may have done something unacceptable.

Supervisors, for example, now are having to either remain in an open area, video record interactions, or have a witness present just to be close to women for a period of time.
And male personnel are starting to see the benefit of avoiding hiring women or provide women any sort of aid, advice, or friendly interaction as the risk it carries is too severe.
Women are largely responsible for this. They sit idly buy, and even encourage and revel in it, with no thought for the long-term consequences.
Things are going to get uglier and more difficult for women in time, and we won't give a damn.
Constantly supporting feminism and it's path of destruction and goal of destroying otherwise good men's careers and lives will come with a reaction. The lack of accountability from women is - as expected - astounding.
I will remind you that every man/woman deserves due process and the right to defend themselves against allegations. These alleged incidents need to be properly dealt with using facts.
The #metoo witchhunt and feminists want to discard due process and destroy men's reputations at a mere accusation.
How many times have these turned out to be a lie? Quite a few, and the same for the what, 20 or so (?), rape allegations that showed up within the media in the last 1-2 years. So many liars, and men had their lives ruined over NOTHING.
Of course, I would expect you to not understand things like logic, rational thought, and facts & evidence. It's far easier to believe in a boogeyman and hate all men as a whole. So just keep living in your make-believe world.

Because there is NOT evidence that is is a frequent problem. Also, it doesn't pass the common-sense test. Everything points to the opposite. If it truly was a frequent problem, we would see this every day and witness it ourselves, wouldn't we? (At least to some degree, enough to acknowledge it).
Statistically that makes sense. However, that's not what is happening, therefore, the most logical conclusion is that is not a frequent problem.
Evidence is lacking to support that it is a problem.
So when women do that it's because of their gender, but when men do it(and they do it all the time) that individual man is just an asshole, right? It's only blamed on the gender when women do it.
That is nonsense. Anyone who does it is lazy, entitled, and a number of other things. However, it's considered more acceptable when women do this.
I just listened to a caller on a video chat last night (a man) tellling about how management allows it to happen. But whether or not management enables it, a woman who does so does it knowing she's taking advantage of her being treated diffferently (better) than men.
A small percentage of women are doing this. A small percentage of men are terrible also.
Men don't ordinarily make false harassement or rape claims, so that's not a valid argument. That's the "but they're bad too" diversion.
It's not a "small percentage." I have seen several reports where as high as 30% to 40-50%+ of rape claims by women were false or did not have sufficient supporting evidence. There are some sources of statistics out there that back up my claims, from a few different agencies (though not always easy to find).
Just stop arguing. You aren't making statements based on facts but instead it's based on some perceived, negative view of the world & men.
Going in with the heard mentality means you can't think for yourself and you lack critical thinking skills. If the evidence isn't there to support something, and the clues say it isn't the case (despite all the rhetoric and drum-banging) then it most likely is not true.
People are easily manipulated by their emotions, primarily women.
