I've been in this situation many times. She wanna joke, I joke but she says not funny and get pissed because she took it personally, which I do not know the joke relates to her, everything is about "her". Ghosted her instantly that day and spend no more time. Told the joke to the other guys the laff their ass off. The other guys told some jokes I laffed then she secretly complained to me the joke ain't funny. 7 out of ten women I met have no sense of humor, the rest depends on their mood whether they take it personally for no reasons or not.
